The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is an fabulous facility for members, guests and visitors and is available for private hire.

 

Saturdays may to september

The Clubhouse is open to everyone to join us for brunch, May to September, bookings is essential using our booking link. Saturday mornings is when our players are practicing for their Sunday matches and so plenty of horse activity can be seen.

Sundays may to september

The Clubhouse offers members and their guests the opportunity to enjoy lunch on a Sunday as well as a welcoming and fully stocked bar. Members can view the polo from the Clubhouse and the adjacent steppings as well as the presentations to the winners.

Membership offers huge value, with access to this facility on every day during the Season.

Day Membership can be purchased with a lunch booking only and is available via the Tickets page of this website. Some dates are not available to day members due to popularity.

Event Hire all year around

The Clubhouse is also available for exclusive private hire, details in Event Hire section of this website

DRESS CODE: Strictly Smart Casual

Shorts must be tailored, no sportswear
Smart jeans permitted with no tears, rips or holes
No translation of rules will be acceptable

Clubhouse Notes

  • Please wear badges at all times to ensure your day is not interrupted by verification of membership

  • Tables are retained for bookings for up to 20 minutes, they will then be released to waiting guests

  • Specific table reservations are not guaranteed and the Club operates a fairness policy in regard to the preferred locations week to week

  • Dogs – We love dogs but we do ask that owners follow our guidelines please.  Dogs should be on leads at all times everywhere at the Club and owners are requested to ensure they clear up after their dogs and dispose of responsibly. Dogs should be kept on short leads at all times in the Clubhouse and on the Roof Garden; dogs are not permitted into the toilets. Dogs should be given water and food outside the Clubhouse and the Roof Garden to prevent spillages and trip hazards for the team and members.  Dogs that are barking excessively are requested to be taken outside the Clubhouse or away from the Roof Garden for the comfort of others.
